hi everyone i had a meeting with some of the co-owners of the club
over an issue about contracts

many people that have adopted dogs from us still havent fixed their dogs they got as pets ( pet contract means a dog that not to be breedable no breeding rights)

if you got a dog before 2007 your contract was for fixing in 12 months after 2007 the contract is notarized by a notary public and you have 6 months to fix the dog if your choosing not to fix the dog against my experience and judgement on pet/breeding quality of the dog you have gotten and don't fix the dog then you will have your contracts sent to collection for breeding fees or fix paper of the dog.

PROBLEM some of the co-owners are now sending contracts to court because i have let people slide ( other words i have been taken weak for being nice to people)

some people that are getting court papers for breeding rights are now fixing their dogs after 3, 5, 6, years

i want to make this clear if your fixing your dog after 4 years to not pay the breeding fee you will not pay the breeding fee once the dog is fixed and the paper is turning in, but YOU WILL NOT GET REGISTRATOINS for that dog its not fare to us as the breeder for some people to stud dogs breed dogs then once they get a letter for court say oh i don't want to pay the breed fee fine i will fix the dog now, i want my papers... the dog cant tell me if he or she was bred and if someone is being dishonest i don't expect you to call me up and tell me you already have bred the dog  either...

so if your dog is not fixed before, on or arrangements for after the date of the agreement for the fixing you will be ordered to honor the contract but will not receive papers.

ok so what does she expect back????i was not rude i didn't say anything wrong i was only stating that some people did contracts they didn't honor yet and most really did just didn't send me the papers so i can release their papers
so in sonia fashion she picked a fight so she got slapped back

first of all your the one who emailed me for a dog i didn't go looking for you 2nd of all that email was for the whole group not just for you there is over 2800 people on this group i cant email them all individually

if you wanted to be removed you could have just asked instead of being rude

and if you wouldn't buy a dog from a breeder that cares about what happens to her pups after they leave her house then you need to go to the mall or your newspaper for your wonderful puppy mill raised puppy
and not from us.... obviously your just one of those that have to tell me i suck when these kinds of emails go out when what it really comes down to your just wanting a good dog to breed to some poodle or chuwawa and i dont go for that crap
