I agree that the dog I am taking home chip# , on ________________
Shall be spay/neuter before the dogs 6 month birthday.
If I as the new owner do not spay/neuter this dog within the next 6 months of this dog’s birthday, I
understand that the following conditions will apply:
1. I will lose all rights to any and all paperwork, pedigrees, registrations that I was scheduled to receive.
2. I will agree to pay an additional $ 2500.00 breeding rights fee. Original breeding rights are 3300.00
3. I will agree to be responsible for all legal fees incurred as a result of violating this contract.
4. I will agree that if I pay the breeding rights fee it is without any and all registrations.
I understand that transfer or sale of this dog does not nullify this contract. The above conditions will still
apply.
Sonia Pacheco will hold all scheduled paperwork until fulfillment of spay/neuter documentation has been
received/confirmed. I will not receive any registrations if I do not spay or neuter this animal before 6
months of age. if spay and neuter is done after 6 months of age you will not receive registrations papers for
your dog
