Since 2007 we have been demanding a notarized statement before pups go home on spay/neuter contracts Every single one has been honored  EVERY SINGLE ONE not a single arrguement very polite phone calls of my paper is up in a month I cant get an appointment till after the due date and the reply is simple whats the date of your appointment if you miss it we have a problem after all of that mess dog had been fixed back in 2006 i dont understand what the big deal was all this drama to just either be mean and proove she was in charge or something dont understand it but its over after 3 years still think its fun being a breeder ?
