I understand that the deposit of $200.00 is to reserve a puppy.
The amount I am submitting will be to hold my puppy. I understand that a deposit constitutes intent to
purchase a puppy. I understand that NO refund of my deposit will be made. A deposit transfer may occur
under the following condition.
• In the event that there is not a puppy in the planned litter the deposit will be carried over to next
planned litter or available pup.
I understand that the deposit for this litter or available puppy is good for 1 year.
My position on the waiting list is determined by date of initial contact with breeder along with date of
contract/deposit payment to breeder.
Any false testimony, Slander and defamation will not be tolerated and will be dealt with in a court of law.
It is understood that the dog I am about
to adopt will be spayed or neutered
before I take the dog home at breeders vet for an
additional fee
